New Life Ministries featured in publication and expands web exposure

MOUNT JOY, PA.–A seminary has recognized New Life Ministries' annual Anabaptist Evangelism Council by including its findings in one of its mission journals. And Internet surfers can now find New Life's web site on several of the popular search engines.

Several presentations from the 1999 Anabaptist Evangelism Council were recently selected for inclusion in Mission Focus: Annual Review, a journal published by Associated Mennonite Biblical Seminary in Elkhart, Indiana.  Editor Walter Sawatsky selected three presentations from the council meeting plus a response that was included in the written record of the gathering.

Included in the 1999 edition of the journal were: "What Is Natural Church Development?: An Introduction," presented by Ronald W. Waters; "Natural Church Development and the New Testament: Comparison and Assessment," presented by Tom Yoder Neufeld, "Empirical Indicators of a Missional Church," shared by Lois Barrett as part of a broader presentation; and "Consultants' Respond to NCD at Anabaptist Evangelism Council," compiled by Waters and included with the presentations in printed record of the council meeting.

Copies of the 1999 edition of Mission Focus are available for $8.00 by writing to Associated Mennonite Biblical Seminary, 3003 Benham Ave., Elkhart, IN 46517-1999.  Copies of An Anabaptist Look at Natural Church Development: Presentations to the Second Annual Meeting of the Anabaptist Evangelism Council, February 20-21, 1999, Elgin, Illinois are available from New Life Ministries at 1-800-774-3360 or on the Internet at www.NewLifeMinistries-NLM.org/products/order_frame.htm (product code AEC99).  Cost of the booklet is $10.00.

The New Life Ministries web site is also receiving a growing presence on the World Wide Web.  Web surfers may now find New Life Ministries through such popular search engines as Yahoo, Lycos, and AltaVista.  In addition, New Life Ministries was recently added to Christian web sites such as Church Leader Internet Portal (www.ZondervanChurchSource.com/CLIP), CrossSearch (www.crosssearch.com) and Ultimate Christian Resources (www.chritech.com).  The web site is being submitted to other search engines and index sites periodically.

New Life Ministries is a partnership of Anabaptist/believers' church denominations and parachurch agencies to promote evangelism, church vitality and renewal, and church planting among churches, leaders, and denominations.
