announced that pre-publication pricing has been extended for two new books
scheduled to be released by the end of this year.
Hospitality:
Life without Fear is the latest book by church growth specialist
Steve Clapp and Pastor Fred Bernhard. The pair has previously collaborated
on the popular book, Widening the
Welcome of Your Church. The new book looks at the spiritual
basis of hospitality and at what that means for our daily
lives. The authors show the place of hospitality in a
truly God-centered life and lift up the liberating impact of a life focused on
the needs of others.
The book includes a study guide incorporated into the book.

for $14 each for 1-9 copies or $9 each for 10 or more copies ordered

The
Church of Recovery, written collaboratively by Sam Detwiler and
Steve Clapp, addresses the opportunities for ministry that 12-step recovery
groups offer congregations. This book looks at what the church at its best can do to help people grow in the
spiritual life and heal from addiction and stress, whether people participate in
12-step groups or not.
This book can be a tremendous resource for churches wanting to find creative,
practical ways to speak to the spiritual needs of members and for churches
wanting to have more effective outreach to persons in need.
The
authors previously wrote together the books Sharing
Living Water and Peer
Evangelism.
A
