Worship Survey

The majority of churches in North America are seeking ways to make worship services more attractive to younger members and to the unchurched, while continuing to meet the needs of older members.  The process is not an easy one!  How welcoming do people find your church?  How open are people to a variety in worship?

One of the best ways to find out is by surveying those in attendance.  While the results won't tell you how people outside of the church feel, a carefully done survey can provide valuable information.  Modify the survey below as needed for your church.  Don't ask people to put their names on the survey, but do categorize results by age as well as by total.

Worship Survey

Our church is at work identifying ways to improve our worship services.  Your thoughts and opinions are needed.  Return the survey by placing it in the offering plate or by bringing or mailing it to the church office.
